I took these picture some 25 years ago, after the first time I had played Cypress Point.
Here is the 15th tee, which plays 143 yards from the back tee. The whole course challenges you strategically, on every hole. While the total championship yardage is short by today’s lengths (6536 yards), it can bite you hard at anytime. It is also very fair and playable, just depends on the ever changing weather conditions of the Monterey Penninsula.
