I’ve had the privilege of playing the Cypress Point Golf Club on the Monterey Penninsula on three different occasions. This Alister Mackenzie designed course is a masterpiece. It’s hard to explain why, but it’s like playing in an outdoor theater. Built in 1928, this course ranks as number one in my book.
